You make the reservation to be offered, then you contact us for the terms of payment, specifying that it is a gift.
You can book our four rooms and have all the space you need. You will be quiet and independent.

We ask for a 25% deposit validating the reservation.
It applies to all rooms per night and per person. It is calculated at the time of your reservation. It is included in our rates.
You have to modify your reservation from the website where you made it. You can change the dates of your booking directly from our site. To do so, please have your reservation number and the email address with which you made your reservation :

3. Then follow the instructions to change your dates of stay. (Your deposit will automatically be allocated to your reservation for the new dates).
Cancellation conditions are included in the confirmation email of your reservation.
We suggest that you postpone your reservation to a later date to maintain your 25% deposit.
You must cancel your reservation from the site on which you made it. In your booking email you will find the cancellation policy. You can change the dates of your reservation, or contact us to find a solution if you wish to modify your stay.
We accept the following methods of payment : Visa, Master Card, Americain Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, UnionPay. contactless payments (NFC) via Google Pay et Apple Pay.
We advise you to call to arrange your arrival. This will allow us to welcome you as best we can, preferably after 6pm. We remain at your disposal to ensure a warm welcome.
Rooms are available from 6pm. You can arrive between 18h and 22h. Please contact us to arrange your arrival. If you plan to arrive outside these times, please consult us.
Depending on the availability of the rooms, it will be with pleasure.
Otherwise, arrival times should be respected. It will be possible for you to entrust us with your luggage. If you wish an early arrival, outside of the 18h/22h slots, please consult us (wedding eve for example).
You must vacate the room after your breakfast at 10 am, and give the key to the hostess with your additional payment.
The room must be returned by 10:00. If you wish a late departure, please consult us (wedding day for example).
The rooms are located on the second floor. You must be able to climb the stairs to access the rooms.
Breakfast is self-service from 8am to 10am (end) in the dining room.
We provide linen for the beds and the bathroom (bath mats, towels). Your room will be ready on your arrival. You will be provided with a welcome tray.
Our private bathrooms are equipped with hair dryer and shampoo.
We give free access to wifi in all our guest rooms. You have to connect by entering your email.
A private car park is at your disposal free of charge.
Meals taken in the rooms are forbidden. However, you can get your meals and take them in the dining room on the ground floor. We will recommend you the restaurants of Saint Malo, Cancale, Dinan and Dinard.
Smoking is permitted outside the establishment, where ashtrays are provided for this purpose. For reasons of comfort and safety, smoking is not permitted inside the establishment.
We have chosen not to put televisions in our rooms to preserve the setting and enjoy the peace and quiet. On the other hand, you have a free wifi connection.
Our friends the animals are not allowed in our establishment.

The Saint Malo train station is less than 10 minutes away by car (Saint Malo TVG station, 2 hours from Paris).
The two main airports are: Saint Malo Dinard airport (15 kilometres/20 minutes), then reach our establishment by car. Or, Rennes Bretagne airport (77 kilometres/55 minutes), then reach our rooms by train via Rennes and then by car, or directly by car.
Mainly at the Saint Malo train station. Other rental companies are also available in Saint Malo.
We recommend that you come by car or rent one during your stay. We are located between town and country and your excursions and visits will be made easier.
Children under the age of 3 are welcome free of charge. On request, we can provide you with: umbrella bed, high chair.
We welcome cyclists. We are members « Accueil Vélo » and « Etape Rando Bretagne ».
We are adherent members TripnBike. We also offer you a room to dry the suits.
During your stay, you will find many activities in Saint Malo and its region. You will find our selection on our page “Tourism & Activities“. We will be able to advise you according to your tastes and the calendar.
You will find in Saint Malo, a market open every day of the week according to the district of the city. Enough to combine the pleasure of the senses and sightseeing. However, the most important market of the region takes place on Saturday morning in Dinard. You will find there products of the region and local specialities.
